We do The Work. You Do The Fun: We’ll set up the hat bar in a location of your choice, complete with everything needed to make it a fun and stress-free experience.
Fun For All Ages: Our hat bar works for every age and personality. Adult supervision recommended for guests under 8.
We Love Themes: Need custom or themed patches to match your event? Let us know in advance, and we’ll create something special (additional costs may apply).
No Maximum: There’s no cap on guest count. We scale our team — from 2 to 12+ members including expert pressers and patch stylists — to match your event size, duration, and package. From intimate 15-person gatherings to 500+ guest corporate summits, we’ve done it.
Early Bird: We need 30-90 minutes to set up (depending on event set up/size), so please ensure early access.
Space: We’ll need space for a minimum of 2 long tables (6–8 ft) plus 1 small table for under 30 guests, or at least 3 tables, 6–8 ft each, for 30+ guests (one for the heat presses and at least two for the patch display and hats/bags), depending on guest count and event type.
Power Up: Easy access to a standard electrical outlet is a must as we press everything on site.
Secure Your Spot: A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Heat Press Magic: We require a standard wall outlet for the heat press so that we can press all the custom hats on site, ensuring that everyone walks away with their dream hat!

What is a mobile hat bar?
A mobile hat bar is a unique and interactive entertainment experience where guests can design and create their own custom hats. We bring the hat bar to your event, complete with a wide selection of hats, patches, accessories, and our friendly staff to assist your guests.
Is there a minimum requirement for a hat bar party?
Our minimum is 20 guests (hats) across the South Bay, Peninsula, San Francisco and East Bay. For San Francisco and East Bay events with fewer than 40 guests, there’s a $150 travel and parking surcharge. For the North Bay, our minimum is 40 guests (hats).
Is there a minimum age requirement?
A har bar party is great fun for everyone of all ages. We require adult supervision for guests under 14 .
What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to a wide range of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, festivals, school events, private parties, pop-up shops, and more! No event is too big or too small.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve the San Francisco Bay Area, including Los Gatos, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Campbell, Palo Alto, Cupertino, San Mateo, Menlo Park, Los Altos, San Francisco, etc. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.

How do I book a mobile hat bar for my event?

Can the hat bar take place outside?
Sure! As long as it’s dry and we have access to a standard electrical outlet (or a venue-provided generator — one per heat press), then we can work our magic. Shade may need to be provided on hot days!

What types of hats do you offer?
We offer a variety of hat styles, including trucker hats, baseball caps, beanies, visors, and more. We also have a wide range of colors to choose from. Looking for a specific style hat or color(s)? No problem, let us know in advance and we’ll try or best to accommodate you.
What kind of patches and accessories are available?
We offer a huge selection of patches, including funny and stylish designs, sports patches letters, numbers, icons, themed designs, and more. We also provide chains, charms, and other accessories to add extra flair to your custom creations.
Can I order custom patches with my logo or design?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom patches to perfectly match your event theme or branding. Contact us in advance to discuss your custom patch needs.
Can I pre-order custom hats?
We can source custom hat colors and styles to perfectly complement your event theme (14 days’ notice required). For larger groups or when time is a factor, we can pre-print hats with your logo, allowing your guests to add their own personal touch. (Additional costs may apply.)
Can I customize the hat bar to match my event theme?

How much space do you require for the hat bar?
Let’s find the perfect hat bar setup for your event! For smaller events, we typically provide the hat bar structure and necessary equipment. We do not provide additional tables or seating for guests. For larger events, additional tables may need to be provided.
How long does the hat bar experience last?
Our hat bar packages offer flexible fun for 1-3 hours, depending on your guest list and chosen options. We’re happy to tailor the duration to perfectly match your event.

What about setup and teardown?
We handle all setup and teardown! Our team will arrive 45–60 minutes before the activation start time to set up the hat bar and will clean up promptly after the event concludes.
Payment & Policies Questions
What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, cash, and checks. Any extras (for example, additional hats/bags beyond your invoiced amount, extended hours or additional custom items) are invoiced within 7 days of the event and are due on receipt.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your booking is confirmed, the full amount is payable even if you cancel. We hold your date exclusively for you (often turning down other events) and may order supplies and custom items in advance.
Need to change your date? Let us know more than 30 days before your event and we’ll move your booking to another available date within 12 months, with your payments carried over. Your balance is still due 7 days before your original event date. Changes made 30 days or less before the event can’t be rescheduled, and the full amount remains due.

Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden fees. Our quote will be an all-inclusive prices (plus sales tax). We will provide a detailed quote outlining all costs before you book. Any extras on the day are invoiced within 7 days of the event and are due on receipt.
