Networking Event Hat Bar — Los Angeles
The Icebreaker Your Networking Event Has Been Missing
Networking events are awkward. That’s just the truth. People stand around with drinks, waiting for someone else to start the conversation. A live hat bar fixes that.
Naked Hats brings a mobile hat customization station to networking events across Los Angeles. Guests gather around the press table, start talking about which patch to choose, and suddenly — they’re networking. The hat becomes the conversation starter, and the experience becomes the memory.
Not Just Hats — and Not Just Any Patches
Not a hat person? No problem. Guests can choose from trucker hats, baseball caps, bucket hats, and beanies — or skip the hat entirely and design a laptop pouch, crossbody bag, tote bag, mini tote, and more. Everyone finds something they’ll actually use.
A patch collection you won’t find anywhere else. Our library spans hundreds of designs across a huge range of themes — sports, pop culture, food and drink, travel, nature, vintage finds, funny sayings, local pride, and more. Many are designed in-house, so the patches at your event are genuinely one of a kind.
Why It Works for Networking
Standing side-by-side doing something together is fundamentally different from face-to-face small talk. The hat bar gives people a shared activity and a shared topic, which means conversations start more naturally and last longer.
It also gives attendees something to walk out with — a custom hat that reminds them of your event every time they wear it.
