Step 1 — Share Your Brief
Tell us what you need: the design (your logo, a concept, or just a description), your quantity, your colors, and your deadline. Attach any artwork files you have — AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG all work. If you don’t have artwork yet, describe your vision and we’ll guide you through the design process.
Step 2 — We Create a Design Proof
Our team creates a digital proof showing exactly how your patch will look — colors, size, design detail. You review and approve (or request revisions) before anything goes into production. No production begins without your sign-off.
Step 3 — Production & Delivery
Once approved, we produce your patches and deliver them to your door or hold them for use at your hat bar activation. Standard lead time is 30 days from design approval. Rush production is available for select orders — contact us if your timeline is tight.
