The Naked Hats Experience — Step by Step
Step 1: Tell Us When & Where
Fill out our quick quote form with your event date, location, guest count, and any special branding requests. We respond within 24 hours with a tailored proposal. Corporate clients with specific brand patch requirements should contact us at least 45 days in advance.
Step 2: We Handle Setup
Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event to set up the full hat bar — including hat displays, the full patch gallery, heat-press stations, and mirrors. You don’t lift a finger.
Step 3: Guests Design Their Hat
Guests pick their preferred hat style and color, then browse our extensive patch collection (hundreds of designs, plus any custom patches we’ve created for your event). Our on-site styling team guides them through the design process — from casual first-timers to the most indecisive perfectionists.
Step 4: We Press On-Site
Every hat is professionally heat-pressed on-site. Guests watch their design come to life in real time and walk away wearing their finished hat — no waiting, no shipping, no delays.
Step 5: We Pack Up. You Get the Credit.
When the fun’s over, our team handles complete teardown and cleanup. All you’re left with is a room full of happy guests and an event activation that actually exceeded expectations.

Minimum booking: 40 guests (hats)
Maximum: No maximum — we will tailor our staffing based on your guest count and event duration
Setup time: 30–90 minutes prior to event start (depending on event size)
Space needed: 3-4 standard 6–8 ft tables (flexible based on guest count)
Power requirement: Access to at least one standard electrical outlet
Age policy: Hat bar is fun for all ages — adult supervision required for guests under 14

Payment: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure date; balance due 7 days before event
