Every package is fully all-inclusive: premium headwear, Bay Area’s largest patch gallery, custom logo patches (if ordered in advance), professional on-site styling staff, heat-press production, and complete setup and teardown. How We Price Your Corporate Activation

Guest Count: We ensure the right number of hats, patches, staff, and heat-press stations for your group.

Activation Duration: How long we’re with you matters — but so does how many guests we need to get through within that window. A 2-hour activation for 300+ guests requires very different staffing and equipment to a 2-hour activation for 50. We factor both time and throughput into every quote to make sure no one is left waiting.

Customization Level: Standard patch gallery, or fully branded custom patches with your company logo and event design.

Venue & Location: We serve the entire Bay Area — pricing accounts for travel, where necessary.

Add-Ons: Custom branded patches, upgraded hat styles, additional apparel customization (bags, jackets), and extended hours.
