We bring a fully equipped mobile hat bar to your outdoor or indoor company picnic anywhere in the Bay Area. Guests pick a hat, choose their patches, and watch it get pressed right in front of them. It’s hands-on, it’s personal, and it gives people something to actually talk about — and take home.
Not Just Hats — and Not Just Any Patches
Not a hat person? No problem. Guests can choose from trucker hats, baseball caps, bucket hats, and beanies — or skip the hat entirely and design a laptop pouch, crossbody bag, tote bag, mini tote, and more. Everyone finds something they’ll actually use.
A patch collection you won’t find anywhere else. Our library spans hundreds of designs across a huge range of themes — sports, pop culture, food and drink, travel, nature, vintage finds, funny sayings, local pride, and more. Many are designed in-house, so the patches at your event are genuinely one of a kind.
What to Expect
We arrive early, set up our press table and hat display, and run the station throughout your picnic. No lines longer than a few minutes. No complicated instructions. Just a relaxed, fun experience your team will be talking about long after the event.
We customize baseball caps, bucket hats, and dad hats using our library of embroidered patches — or your branded designs. Every hat is pressed on-site and ready to wear.

Whether you’re hosting 50 people in Dolores Park or 500 at a rented venue in the South Bay, we scale to fit. We bring multiple heat presses for larger events and can coordinate with your event planner to fit into the flow of the day.
