As early as possible — especially for spring and summer bachelorettes when we’re busiest. For custom patches with names or bespoke designs, we need a minimum of 30 days. For live activations without custom patches, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient if the date is available.
Our minimum for a live hat bar is 25 guests (hats). For smaller squads, our pre-made custom hat and bag sets are the perfect alternative — no minimum quantity. Contact us for details.

Yes — we ship pre-made sets nationwide. Delivery timing is factored into the lead time when you order. Let us know your destination date (not just the bachelorette date) so we can ensure delivery arrives with enough time.
