Naked Hats brings a live hat customization bar to corporate and private holiday parties across the Bay Area. Guests choose their hat style, pick their patches, and walk away with a one-of-a-kind keepsake before the night is over.
Not Just Hats — and Not Just Any Patches
Not a hat person? No problem. Guests can choose from trucker hats, baseball caps, bucket hats, and beanies — or skip the hat entirely and design a laptop pouch, crossbody bag, tote bag, mini tote, and more. Everyone finds something they’ll actually use.
A patch collection you won’t find anywhere else. Our library spans hundreds of designs across a huge range of themes — sports, pop culture, food and drink, travel, nature, vintage finds, funny sayings, local pride, and more. Many are designed in-house, so the patches at your event are genuinely one of a kind.

Whether you’re planning a company holiday party for 200 employees or an intimate celebration for 40 friends, the hat bar works. It gives people something to do, breaks the ice, and creates a natural gathering point — without feeling forced.
Popular add-ons include holiday-themed patches, company-branded designs, and seasonal colorways. We can also coordinate matching tote bags for guests to carry their new hats home in.
What's Included
We handle setup and breakdown, bring all the equipment, and staff the station throughout your event. You don’t lift a finger. We just need power and a minimum of 2 long tables (6–8 ft) plus 1 small table for under 30 guests, or at least 3 tables, 6–8 ft each, for 30+ guests (one for the heat presses and at least two for the patch display and hats/bags).

Book Early — December Fills Fast
Holiday season is our busiest time of year. If your party is in November or December, reach out as early as possible. We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance.
