Can guests still choose a hat at a patch bar activation?

Absolutely — hats are always available and remain one of the most popular choices. The patch bar simply adds more options alongside them so every guest finds something they want to make.

Can you produce branded tote bags or other items for our event?

Yes — this is one of our favorite corporate options. We produce custom branded base items before your event and guests customize them at the patch bar on the day. Your logo on the item, their patch choices on top. Contact us with your event details and we’ll build this into your quote.

Do patches work on fabric bags and pouches as well as hats?

Yes — heat-press patches bond permanently to cotton, canvas, and most fabric surfaces. They’re washable, durable, and look just as sharp on a tote bag or laptop pouch as on a hat.

How many attendees can you serve at a conference booth?

This depends on your activation duration and expected foot traffic. We scale our team — from 2 to 10+ members — to match your throughput requirements. Include your estimated booth traffic and conference hours when requesting a quote and we’ll advise on the right staffing.

What’s the minimum guest count for a patch bar activation?
