1. Services:

Naked Hats Mobile Hat Bar provides a mobile hat bar experience for events and parties. Our services include providing a selection of hats, patches, accessories, and staff to assist guests in creating custom hats. The specifics of each event, including duration, number of guests, and customization options, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

2. Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance.
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.
• Payments can be made via debit/credit card, check, online payment platforms including Stripe, Zelle and Venmo].
• Any additional charges for extras, such as custom patches or extended event hours, will be invoiced separately and are due upon completion of the event.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made  more than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event may be subject to additional cancellation fees i.e. for custom patches, accessories, etc.
• We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or equipment malfunction. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Venue Requirements:

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue for the hat bar setup. This includes adequate space, access to power, and any necessary permits or permissions.
• Our hat bar setup typically requires room for 1-3 eight-foot tables (depending on the number of guests and chosen options). We will work with you to determine the best setup based on your venue details.

5. Guest Conduct:

• We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly at the hat bar.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or abusive.

6. Liability:

• Naked Hats Mobile Hat Bar is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event, except for those caused by our gross negligence.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages caused to the venue or our equipment by their guests.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of Naked Hats Mobile Hat Bar.
  You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

• When ordering custom patches or designs, the client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material included in their design.
• We are not responsible for any copyright infringement that may occur as a result of custom designs provided by the client.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
