- Wrap and Exchange: Once everyone has created their hats, we’ll wrap them up and place them in a pile for the Hat-Themed Gift Exchange.
- Pass the potato: Guests will gather in a circle, and as the music plays, a pre-wrapped hat gets passed around.
- But here’s the twist: when the music stops, the lucky guest holding the gift gets to keep it!
- The game continues until every last gift is unwrapped.
It’s a lively, laughter-filled way to spice up your party—let the hat-holding fun begin!

For a fun and festive way to celebrate the holidays with friends and family try the White Elephant mystery style gift exchange. A great game to play any time of year!
- Customize A Hat: Each guest has the opportunity to personalize a hat from the Naked Hats Mobile Hat Bar.
- Wrap and Exchange: Once everyone has created their hats, we’ll wrap them up and place them in a pile for the Hat-Themed Gift Exchange.
- Mystery Gift Selection: Guests will draw numbers at random and take turns selecting a mystery custom hat. But beware—your favorite new hat can be “stolen” by others at any time! If someone’s hat gets stolen, they can pick a new hat from the pile or steal someone else’s! A hat can be stolen twice before it’s safe.
This idea is a blast and a perfect way to bond with friends, family, or coworkers!

- Draw Names: Guests start by drawing names from a hat to find out who they’ll be gifting.

- Stop the Music: At random, the host stops the music. Everyone must find the nearest chair and sit down!
- Claim Your Gift: If there’s a present on the chair you sit on, congratulations—you get to keep it!

- Unwrap and Bid: First, unwrap a gift and present it to the group. Guests then bid their “money” on the gift, and whoever bids the highest wins!
- Keep It Going: Continue the auction until everyone has a gift.
