PRICE INCLUDES:
1 free gift (a custom kids drink tumbler worth $20)
1 infant size baseball hat + 3 patches per guest
1-2hr Hat Bar (plus set up and tear down time)
Hat Bar Barista(s) to help with design and to press the hats on site
Travel within 15 miles
Our basic package provides everything the kids need for a fun hat bar party: a hat with 3 patches per child, and our awesome staff to help with the design.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Additional patches: $3 each
Custom theme patches: Variable
Travel outside radius: $0.50/mile
Deposit + Balance:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final balance, which is due 24 hours prior to your event. Any additional charges for extras will be collected at the end of your event.
Optional Add Ons:

Minimum Requirements:
Depending on the number of guests we will need space for 1-2 6ft or 8ft tables each with access to a standard outlet.
Please allow 45-60 mins before and after the hat bar party for set up and tear down.
Party Duration:
Parties last approx. 90-180 minutes (depending on the number of guests and whether add ons (like chains and charms) are required
Your guests can get creative and design their own one-of-a-kind baseball or trucker hats! But we’ll be on hand to help those who need a little extra inspiration! We heat-press the hats on the spot, for an instant take-home gift!
We can scale it up or down depending on the number of guests and your budget We can also add accessories to customize including bags and tumblers – just tell us in advance what you’re after.
