Adult Hat Bar Party Pricing
Deposit + Balance:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final balance, which is due 7 days before your event. Any additional charges for extras will be collected at the end of your event.
Optional Add Ons:
Customize your event with unique patches and designs! Order custom patches, themed designs, and personalized transfers in advance. (Additional fees may apply.) Customizing more than hats? Let’s talk!
Minimum Requirements:
Depending on the number of guests we will need space for a minimum of 2 long tables (6–8 ft) plus 1 small table for under 30 guests, or at least 3 tables, 6–8 ft each, for 30+ guests (one for the heat presses and at least two for the patch display and hats/bags), with access to a standard outlet.
Please allow 45-60 mins before and after the hat bar party for set up and tear down.
Party Duration:
Parties last approx. 90-180 minutes (depending on the number of guests and whether add ons (like chains and charms) are required
Your guests can get creative and design their own one-of-a-kind baseball or trucker hats! But we’ll be on hand to help those who need a little extra inspiration! We heat-press the hats on the spot, for an instant take-home gift!
